So simple yet so complicated. I can't recollect since when I started living in either past or future and failed to cease the moment.
As they say the mantra to be happy is CARPEDIUM!!!!!
I had a good one that I set up as my desktop background for some weeks. It was - "Enjoy life now, this is not a rehearsal".
Good reminder right?! Sometimes I get so caught up in catching up to my to do list, I keep postponing "living" the moment I am in... :)
